The retreat will include Dharma talks, meeting with a teacher, meditation (walking, moving and sitting), and Forest bathing on the last day (Shinrin-Yoku).
Learn about and practice different meditation styles including:

- 14 step moving mediation
- Meditating on Metta (loving kindness)
- Meditating on gratitude

Meditation is a core part of all Buddhist practice and serves to calm the mind, increase our physical and mental wellbeing, and to see things as they really are. All this leads to a life of compassion towards ourselves and to others. Imagine a world in which all are guided by compassion. This is a step you can take towards that end.
This retreat is open to all. You do not have to “be a Buddhist” to benefit from meditation. Please do consider coming.
