During this 3-day retreat at the Mt Adams Zen Buddhist Temple and Trout Lake Abbey, we will use the practices of mindfulness meditation (sitting and walking) and loving-kindness to open fully to our lives.
Welcome to our first ZOOM Retreat.
Five teachers will be available to teach throughout the day. This retreat is being offered due to the great success of the recent one-week retreat. We hope that a one-day retreat will be more accessible to more people.
