Join us in a sharing community of open-hearted individuals for a weekly sitting meditation practice. We sit for 20 to 30 minutes and practice metta: wishing love, peace, wellness, and happiness to ourselves and others. Hosted by the Mt. Adams Buddhist Center of Trout Lake, WA supported by Rev. Kozen Sampson, a Buddhist monk in the Vietnamese Thien tradition.
