Start with both hands flat on your thighs…

  1. Open right hand
  2. Right hand reaches up for energy
  3. Right hand brings energy down to lower belly
  4. Open left hand
  5. Left hand reaches up for energy
  6. Left hand brings energy down to lower belly
  7. Right hand moves from lower belly to the heart
  8. Right hand extends upward giving back the energy 
  9. Right hand comes down to thigh
  10. Right hand closes on thigh
  11. Left hand moves from lower belly  to the heart
  12. Left hand extends upward giving back the energy
  13. Left hand goes back to thigh
  14. Left hand closes on thigh
