- Open left hand
- Left hand reaches up for energy
- Left hand brings energy down to lower belly
- Right hand moves from lower belly to the heart
- Right hand extends upward giving back the energy
- Right hand comes down to thigh
- Right hand closes on thigh
- Left hand moves from lower belly to the heart
- Left hand extends upward giving back the energy
- Left hand goes back to thigh
- Left hand closes on thigh
