This retreat is designed as a continuing education course for physical therapists and assistants, occupational therapists and assistants, registered nurses, and nurse midwives interested in incorporating yoga and meditation practices in their work.
Join us for a 5- or 10-day intensive retreat to deepen in the practices of Metta (Lovingkindness) and Vipassana (Insight) meditation in the beautiful and serene surrounds of Trout Lake Abbey.
The Trout Lake Abbey will be closed from Dec 22-30, 2019 Happy holidays and we hope to see you in 2020! Mt Adams Zen Buddhist Temple services are still open to the public and you are welcome to walk the grounds, we simply will not be hosting any overnight guests. Thanks!
